Through fractured, cubist planes, a polka-dotted goat with golden horns reclines among evil-eye flowers. A red mask with an hourglass pupil conceals its face, creating a strange balance between elegance and distortion. The image feels both playful and unsettling, inviting the viewer to reconsider how beauty, symmetry, and time shape what we see.\

I have been creating since childhood, but I returned to my practice with renewed intention around four years ago.
I create in order to make visible what is often felt but not easily articulated, and to produce works that remain alive through repeated viewing. I am interested in paintings that continue to reveal themselves, offering new conversations over time. Drawing on Afro-Caribbean folklore, memory, and lived experience, my practice constructs symbolic, psychologically charged worlds in which identity, vulnerability, and inner tension are continuously negotiated.
