EMOTION 2 is slower and more internal in tone. Constructed through repeated layering and revision, the surface holds traces of hesitation, restraint, and return. Colour is used with less constraint, allowing space and interruption to play a greater role in the composition.

Rather than confrontation, the work explores endurance the accumulation of emotion over time and the quiet persistence of unresolved feeling. Earlier marks remain partially visible, embedding memory within the structure of the painting itself.
