I loved creating this work, it is a hugely experimental piece for me. Here I have attempted to remove some areas of thread, so that the thread gives way to the paintwork. The thread disappears in certain areas - in the hair, the shoulder and the arm - and in its' place acrylic and spray paint is used to subtly depict hints of those areas.
